Accessibility Information

Saint Luke’s and The Winged Ox is an accessible venue, open to anyone and everyone. 

We have disabled access, and a lift into our main venue space as well as an accessible toilet.

We also have a specific area for people in wheelchairs and can provide reserved seating in our main venue. We offer a complimentary companion ticket to those who require it. In order to get a companion ticket please email : with your ticket reference number, proof of access card and the name the ticket was purchased under and we can get the ticket provided.

Unfortunately, we do not currently have a hearing loop, however, we can get this hired in providing we know in advance.

We have an upstairs balcony which has pew seating (this seating is first come first served) and we are happy to open the balcony should you require somewhere to sit if the show you are attending is a standing one. It is important to note that you have to walk up one flight of stairs in order to get to our balcony.
