The Scottish Alternative Music Awards (SAMA EVENTS LTD) recognises the best new Scottish music, shining a spotlight across an eclectic range of contemporary music genres.

Now in its 16th year, SAMA has championed a diverse roster of award-winning talent, including Brògeal, Bemz, Taahliah, Hannah Laing, AISHA, The Snuts, Gerry Cinnamon, and Theo Bleak. The 2025 SAMA ceremony will take place in November in Glasgow.
