Scottish whisky is often defined by rigid regional myths — peaty Islay, light Lowland, bold Highland. This event challenges those assumptions and invites guests to rethink flavour beyond geography. In partnership with The Glasgow Distillery, St Luke’s will host an engaging and educational tasting exploring how modern Scotch can break traditional regional rules.
The ticket includes a 4 course tasting menu paired with 4 Glasgow Distillery drams and 4 cocktails. Glasgow Distillery will lead discussion throughout the night and offer the opportunity to purchase bottles at the end of the evening.
